Sunday, October 22nd there is a meeting in the chapel for all the workers of the fall festival. This will follow the Sunday evening service, so approximately 7:00 pm.

Friday, October 20th, 6:30 pm is the Ladies Apron Night called “Once Upon an Apron”. We will have a baked potato bar, decorate aprons and have a devotional. Daughters are welcome to join. Cost is $5.00 per person. Please sign up in the lobby so we know how many aprons to order and how much food to make. Please see Laurie Burtner if you have any questions.

Monday, October 16th at 3:30 pm there is a meeting in the church chapel for the leaders of the fall festival. See Tammy Green if you have any questions.

Sunday, October 15th, Missionary Tim Peterson will be speaking in the 6:00 pm service.

The Master Club kid’s hike that was scheduled for Saturday, June 17th has been postponed to an indefinite date. We will update the calendar once it’s been rescheduled.

We will be taking family photos for the church pictorial directory. All photos taken will be made available via email to each family. The cost is free. Please sign up in the lobby for a specific time slot for your photos. The dates/times are listed below. Please see Laurie Burtner if you have any questions.

Saturday, June 17th; 9:00 am – 3:00 pm

Monday, June 19th; 10:00 am – 2:00 pm

Tuesday, June 20th; 10:00 am – 2:00 pm

Monday, June 5th – Thursday, June 8th, 6:00 – 8:30 PM. Vacation Bible School is for children ages 3 years – 6th grade. There will be skits, games, singing, Bible stories and snacks for the children to enjoy!

Children can be dropped off and picked up in the school gym.

Saturday, June 3rd is our annual camp yard sale fundraiser. All proceeds are used to send our kids to summer camp. The yard sale will take place on the church property both in the parking lot and in the gym behind the church! Stop by, we will have great deals for you as well as all sorts of refreshments!

Sunday, April 30th our evening service will follow our 5th Sunday Pitch-in, approximately 1:00 pm. There will not be a 6:00 pm service that day.

Sunday, April 30th, following the morning service we will have a pitch-in in the gym. There is a sign-up sheet in the lobby for you to sign up to bring sides/dresserts and drinks. Please make sure you put the # of people coming in your family so we can be sure to order enough food. We’ll be ordering pulled pork for the main dish. You may sign up for sides or desserts.

Also, we will need assistance on Saturday, April 29th to set up the gym. If you’re available to do so, please contact Laurie Burtner with any questions.
